Just like with disposables, a diaper bag is one of those things you’ll be carting around with you. I actually use just a purse.
I don’t use my purse for much and it has just enough room to fit wipes, a couple of diapers, a pacifier, my sling (when I’m not using it), a changing pad, an extra set of clothes and some extra toys or munchies for the baby with a little extra room for my stuff too (wallet, keys, etc.).

A lot of women use the large diaper bags specifically designed for carrying baby-things and most every diaper bag you will see in the store would be sufficient for your needs. Also, some women prefer the “back-pack” style of a diaper bag.

I personally don’t like most conventional diaper bags (thus the purse)because they’re too bulky and most of them end up looking like a large pink (or green, or blue) marshmallow hanging off of your side. Whatever type you choose, your diaper bag will be a constant addition to your person so choose one that is COMFORTABLE and fits your personality.
