The Detergent we use is REALLY simple.

• 1 bar Ivory/Dove/whatever soap you use
• 1/2 c. Borax
• 1/2 c. Washing Soda

1. Shave the bar of soap
2. add the other dry ingredients
3. Stir or blend in food processor till soap is TINY

Either store it in an air-tight container and use dry OR Boil it in 2 cups Water until its smoothe and about the consistency of regular laundry detergent and store.

In Dry form Use about 1 tbsp per load of laundry.

And the best thing, it costs about 5 cents a load!  Most regular detergents cost around 25-30 cents per load.  Yay
